Each member of a Family Account can either remove themselves or remove other users.  
To remove a user from a Family Account:

*   Open the Yoto App
*   Go to the Settings tab
*   Tap the three dots menu next to a user
*   This will show the menu with the remove options
*   Select either Remove from Family Account or Leave this Family Account
