Note: you will only be able to use the store relevant to you. For example, the USA store will not allow you to ship an order to Canada, or to the UK, and so on.

**Taxes and import duties**

VAT is charged at the rate of the country of destination. There are no additional charges to those at checkout for delivery to countries within the EU. 

For customers requiring delivery outside the EU, such as in Norway or Switzerland, we ship on INCOTERMS DAP, which means that the customer or recipient will be liable for any import taxes and duty.

For customers in the Channel Islands, who order from our [uk.yotoplay.com store (click here to open in a new tab)](https://uk.yotoplay.com/), the products purchased in our store will not include VAT. The price at checkout will be ex-VAT.

For international customers, who order from our [uk.yotoplay.com](https://uk.yotoplay.com/) [store (click here to open in a new tab)](https://uk.yotoplay.com/), we ship on INCOTERMS DAP, which means that the customer or recipient will be liable for any import taxes and duty in their country. Please note that cross-border deliveries can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Yotoplay.com cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were dispatched, should they be subject to inspection.
