What to do if you're having trouble logging into your Yoto account
If you're not able to log into your Yoto account and are not receiving a password reset email when requested (don't forget to check your spam folder) you might have signed up with a different email address (or with a typo in it).
Instead of log in you can try to sign up with the desired email address. If you own a Yoto Player you'll be able to pair it again (without losing any settings and also see the original email registered with the Player).
In case you're not able to sign up because an account with this email already exists please contact us and we'll investigate for you.
If the original email address you used is incorrect and you wish to remove it from your Family account, please navigate to Players, tap on the three dot menu of the email address in questions and choose "Remove from Family Account".
