Can I change or upgrade my Yoto Club plan?Updated a day ago

Currently, switching between plans or changing from a monthly to an annual plan within the same subscription is not yet supported. To make any changes, you’ll need to cancel your existing plan and purchase a new one.

Note: the subscription fee will not be prorated if you cancel early. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will automatically deactivate thereafter.

How to change your Yoto Club plan:

1. Cancel your current Yoto Club subscription first. Here are the steps:
   
   
   • Log into your account at yotoplay.com
     
     
   • Go to the Yoto Club section
     
     
   • Click on the “Update/Cancel plan” button
     
     
   • Find your current subscription and select Cancel
     
     

2. After cancelling, place a new Yoto Club order by adding the plan you want to your basket and checking out like a regular purchase.
