How do I manage my Yoto Club subscription?Updated 8 days ago

How to update your payment method, billing details, or cancel your subscription.

Simply log in to your account on yotoplay.com, and select the Yoto Club tab. 

From here, you will be able to:

Check your Club credits

You will see a green bar with the number of Club credits in your account, and when your next Club credits are due.

Note: currently, you won't be able to tell when your Club credits are due to expire, but we will email you in advance to let you know if any are due to expire soon.


Check your active Club subscriptions

You will also see which Yoto Club plans you have in this account, their perks, and when they are set to renew. If you cancelled your Club subscription, you will see when it will expire.


Add another Club subscription

Click the Add another subscription button to purchase another Club subscription. You can have up to 5 active Club subscriptions in one account.


Update or Cancel your Club subscriptions

Click the Update/cancel plan button to: 

  • Add or edit a Payment Method
  • Update your Billing Information
  • Cancel your Club subscription

Don't fancy Yoto Club any more? Just click on Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page. You can re-purchase club at any time.

Cancelling your Yoto Club subscription, even if done within the 14 days from the signup, will not automatically issue a refund. You will need to contact us within 14 days from signup if you wish to receive a refund for your Club subscription. For more information, please visit the Yoto Club terms and conditions page.


Can I change or upgrade my Yoto Club plan? 

Currently, switching between plans or changing from a monthly to an annual plan within the same subscription is not yet supported. To make any changes, you’ll need to cancel your existing plan and purchase a new one.

Note: the subscription fee will not be prorated if you cancel early. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will automatically deactivate thereafter.


Can't see your Yoto Club subscription?

The email address you use to log in to the Yoto website needs to match the one you have used for the purchase of the Club subscription.

If you have created an account with a different email address than the one you used to purchase Yoto Club, you will need to cancel the Club subscription and purchase it again from the correct email address.

Note: you cannot edit your email address, as this is associated with your Yoto Account. It also won't be possible to move a Club subscription from the email address it was purchased under to a different account.
