How do I manage my Yoto Club subscription?
To update your delivery address, billing details, or cancel your subscription
Simply log in to your account and select the Manage Subscription tab.
If you have an active subscription
Click the Edit button to:
View your next charge date
You can change your next charge date by selecting from the calendar.
Edit your shipping address
Click on the arrow to edit your shipping address.
Edit your billing address
Click on the arrow to edit your billing address.
Note: You cannot edit your email address as this is associated to your Yoto Account.
Edit and add payment information
Click on the arrow to edit your payment details (card on file).
Cancel your subscription
Don't fancy Club any more? Going on a long holiday and wish to cancel your membership? Just click on Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Please note that cancelling an annual Yoto Club subscription only cancels its renewal. You will still receive all months that you have paid for when purchasing Yoto Club. If you wish to cancel the remaining months, please contact us through the form below.
