How do I manage my Yoto Club subscription?Updated 2 months ago

To update your payment method, billing details, or cancel your subscription.


Simply log in to your account, and select the Yoto Club tab. From here, you will be able to:


Check your Club credits

If you have an active subscription, you will see a green bar with the number of Club credits in your account. 

Note: currently, you won't be able to tell when your Club credits are due to expire, but we will email you in advance to let you know if any are due to expire soon.


Check your active Club subscriptions

You will also see which Yoto Club plans you have in this account, and their validity.


Add another Club subscription

Click the Add another subscription button to purchase another Club subscription. You can have up to 5 active subscriptions in your account.


Update or Cancel your Club subscriptions

Click the Update/cancel plan button to: 

Add or edit a Payment Method

Update your Billing Information

Cancel your Club subscription

Don't fancy Yoto Club anymore? Just click on Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page. You can re-purchase club at any time.


 Note: You cannot edit your email address, as this is associated with your Yoto Account.
