How to access cards in the Yoto App instantly after purchase

Play any Yoto card that you buy from the Yoto store, before it arrives in the post!


 Instant Play gives Yoto customers instant access to the content that they purchase via the Yoto website. We use your email to match your Yoto store account with your Yoto app account, so for it to work, you should use the same address for both. 


How does it work?

  1. Buy cards from the Yoto Card Store 

  2. Open the Yoto app and go to My Library > My Cards

  3. Your newly purchased cards will be there and available for play on your player(s) and phone!


Troubleshooting
If you've purchased a card and can't see it in the Yoto app, please check the following:

  • Check you are using the same email address for the Yoto store and the Yoto app

  • Check you are logged in to the Yoto app

  • Try refreshing the page - go to a different area of the app and then come back to your Library

If you are still having issues, contact us with your order number, the email address that you used and the Registration Code* of your player so that we can look into this for you.


* You can find this in the app under Players > Settings, in the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
