The email address you use to log in to the Yoto website needs to match the one you have used for the purchase of the Club subscription, so that we can match them up.
If you have created an account with a different email address than the one you used to purchase Yoto Club, you will need to cancel the Club subscription and purchase it again from the correct email address.
It won't be possible to move a Club subscription from the email address it was purchased under to a different account.
