What to do if your player has completely frozen/locked up
Very rarely your player may get in a bit of a panic and freeze.
Here's what to do if that happens:
- Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the player restarts
(this is a hard reset - don't worry it won't delete any content or Wi-Fi details)
- Wait a few moments
- The player should now recover and re-connect to Wi-Fi
If the reset did not work, leave the player without charging until the battery drains (this may take up to 24 hours).
Once the battery is drained, put the player back on to charge.
It should now recover and re-connect to the Wi-Fi (or stay offline if you are not within Wi-Fi range).
