Can I stack the Summer Sale discount with my Yoto Club membership/other discount code?

The Yoto Club Collector/Collector+ 10% discount, Yoto Points and some other discounts can be used alongside this promotion.

Discount codes from influencers or affiliate links may differ, so please do contact Customer Happiness if you believe your code should be working. 

Are there any exclusions - which products or categories won't be discounted?

The best way to check what’s on offer is to visit your local site for the deal that’s available in your market 

There will be regional pricing differences. Like many businesses, we use regional pricing strategies based on various local market factors, including differences in operational costs, transportation, market demand, and regional business conditions. These pricing decisions aren't made arbitrarily - they're based on comprehensive market analysis. How long does the sale run and when do they end, exactly?

This differs per market;

• US/CA: The sale runs from July 8th, 2025 at 12am PST and ends on July 11th, 2025 at 11:59pm PST. 
• UK/EU: The sale runs from 8th July, 2025 at 8am BST and ends on 11th July, 2025 at 11:59pm BST. 
• Australia: The sale runs from 8th July, 2025 at 8am AEST and ends on 14th July, 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.

What happens if an item goes out of stock while it's in my cart? 

Items in your cart aren't reserved until you complete checkout. If a product sells out while it's in your cart, it may be removed before you can place your order. We recommend checking out as soon as you're ready to make sure you don’t miss out!

Is this sale in retail too, or just Amazon?

This is only running on yotoplay.com and Yoto Amazon pages. 

Will you restock popular items that sell out during the sale?

 We do our best to restock popular items, but availability during the sale isn’t guaranteed. We took every care to guarantee good stock levels ahead of the sale but we recommend grabbing your favourites while they’re available!

Can I return or exchange sale items with the same policy as regular purchases?

Yes! Our standard policy applies to sale items too. You’re welcome to return them, but please note that we don’t offer exchanges at this time.

Is there a purchase limit on sale items?

There’s no purchase limit on sale items, as long as they’re in stock, you’re welcome to buy as many as you'd like!

If I buy something now, and it goes on deeper discount later in the sale, will you price match?

If you purchased something recently, and it goes on a deeper discount later in the sale, just reach out to our customer service team. We’ll be happy to check your order and see what options are available!
