All about order shipping and delivery.


The delivery services that we use

UK: Royal Mail (standard untracked delivery, 3-5 working days), Yodel (standard tracked delivery, 3-5 working days) and DPD (express delivery, 1-2 working days).

USA and Canada: USPS (standard tracked and untracked delivery, 3-5 working days). Canada Post (standard untracked delivery, 3-5 working days) and UPS (express delivery, 1-2 working days).

Australia: Australia post (standard delivery, 2-5 working days). Please note that small orders will be untracked.

If your order number starts with #EU, then we are shipping from our German warehouse. 

For European shipments, please enter the provided tracking number into either of these tracking websites:

When will my order ship?

If you place your order by 12pm and select Express or Expedited shipping, our warehouses will strive to ship it the same day; with Standard shipping, orders typically ship within two days, though busy periods may impact these timelines. Our warehouse is closed from Friday evening through the weekend, and shipping will resume on Monday. 

Once shipped, your tracking number will be available through the order link in your order acknowledgement email, or your order shipping confirmation email.

Tracking your order 

If you have ordered a player, or if you have chosen premium shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking number on the confirmation shipping email. 

Note: if your order is small (cards or accessories only), and you choose standard delivery, the service may be untracked, so you won't get a tracking number with your dispatch email, but only a delivery estimate. 


Premium shipping

Premium shipping is available at checkout for most delivery locations. If you don't have a premium / expedited / express delivery option, then unfortunately we are not able to offer it for your delivery address at this time.

There may also be times when we cannot offer premium delivery due to postal service congestion (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Christmas), and this will be indicated at checkout. 

Note: it is not possible to upgrade to premium shipping once you have placed your order, but you have 20 minutes to cancel your order. Click here for more information on order cancellation.


Order late or missing?

Standard deliveries (tracked or untracked): please contact us if you haven’t received your domestic delivery after 10 business days from receiving your dispatch email. For international deliveries, please allow up to 42 days (as indicated at checkout).

Express deliveries: please contact us if your tracking has not been updated in more than 3 business day from dispatch.
