The delivery services that we use

UK: Royal Mail (standard untracked delivery, 3-5 working days), Yodel (standard tracked delivery, 3-5 working days) and DPD (express delivery, 1-2 working days)

USA and Canada: USPS (standard delivery, 3-5 working days). Canada Post (standard untracked delivery, 3-5 working days) and UPS (express delivery, 1-2 working days) 

If your order number starts with #EU, then we are shipping from our German warehouse.

Once shipped, your tracking number will be available through the order link in your order acknowledgement email, or your order shipping confirmation email.
