Information about delivery of Yoto products in the UK and internationally

As you are probably aware, the global supply chain isn’t working to its full potential right now, and we are not alone in being affected by that. This means that we have Yoto Minis arriving in our warehouses in multiple drops ahead of Christmas.

Due to high demand, and to manage your expectations as best we can, we will be updating this page as soon as we have more information on shipping dates based on when you are ordering.

Orders placed after Monday 6th December at 10:00 will most likely be dispatched either week commencing 13th December or week commencing 20th December. As ever, we will endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible. Please bear with us.

If you are ordering other products with your Yoto Mini, all products will be shipped at the same time. If you want to receive the other products before the Yoto Mini arrives, then please make sure to order separately.


The couriers we use

UK: Royal Mail (standard delivery, 3-5 working days) and DPD (express delivery, 1-2 working days)

USA and Canada: USPS (standard delivery, 3-5 working days) and UPS  (express delivery, 1-2 working days) 

If your order number starts with #EU, then we are shipping from our German warehouse.

Once shipped, your tracking number will be available through the order link in your order acknowledgement email, or your order shipping confirmation email.
